Thanks everyone for coming out and making it such a great party!  I'm glad everyone who was able to come did, and for those of you who weren't able to make it I hope you had a good News Years Eve as well!

I think Sarah said it better than I will, but we were amazed and delighted at how much energy and fun there was at the party, and how little hassle and stupidness there was.  The next day we didn't have to do much other than mop and vacume.  I really think as my friends get older, the parties remain as much fun, there just isn't as much hassle.  No broken glass, not one throwing up, no one trying to fight people for no good reason.  It was a good time.  We may just try to have more parties in the future.  Hope everyone else had a good time as well, whether you were able to be there or not!

Ok, I know there has been some discussion on this already but does anyone know yet what their plans are for New Years Eve?  Now that I know that I will probably have New Years Day off (at this point I definitely have Eve off, or at least as definite as I ever have a day off with this job of mine...), Sarah and I are trying to find out what all is going on and what we'd like to do.  So has anything been definitely decided?  What ideas are out there still?
